How Family Style Catering Works
Call us and tell us the date, the number of guests & what the occasion is. We build a Greek menu around it, drawing on the same family recipes we serve in the restaurant. Souvlaki, moussaka, roasted lamb, fresh salads, spreads & sweets, all prepared in our kitchen on Burdett Avenue. When the day arrives you can pick everything up, or we will arrange delivery to your home or venue in Victoria. If you would rather bring everyone to us, we also host private events at the restaurant.

Chef Ricky Tsuno
Chef Ricky Tsuno has been a part of our team since 2017. He's worked alongside Mama Maria & the Greek ladies. Learning our family recipes, implementing his style, passion, & subtle twists to our dishes. Chef Ricky visited Greece in 2025 with Dimitri.
The Ithaka Kitchen
Our talented kitchen team works extremely hard to ensure all of the food pleases our guests. Giannoula, Tasia, & Rania are our incredible kitchen ladies who work tirelessly to complete the daily preparations. As well, we are fortunate to also have Clemens Dober assist us in countless ways in our Kitchen.
