Chef Ricky Tsuno
Chef Ricky Tsuno has been a part of our team since 2017. He's worked alongside Mama Maria & the Greek ladies. Learning our family recipes, implementing his style, passion, & subtle twists to our dishes. Chef Ricky visited Greece in 2025 with Dimitri.

Our talented kitchen team works extremely hard to ensure all of the food pleases our guests. Giannoula, Tasia, & Rania are our incredible kitchen ladies who work tirelessly to complete the daily preparations. As well, we are fortunate to also have Clemens Dober assist us in countless ways in our Kitchen.
